Shipping policy

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

 

What about shipping? 

We ship Cold Kick both domestically and to a number of international destinations. Shipping times depends on your location. If you are situated in The Netherlands or Belgium, your order will arrive within 1-2 days. Rest of Europe in between 6-7 days. International shipping is longer. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@coldkick.nl  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
